In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, in a desire to seek GOD One needs nothing but a gaze of faith to GOD and a conviction that 'Yes, He is'.
He says, One needs to do nothing elaborate to seek GOD, for remaining absorbed in His Name Worship is the fountainhead of  the True Happiness.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, we do the ritualistic worship because we assume that it pleases GOD, but GOD Narayan adores the contemplative worship, a journey within to seek Him who dwells within."

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, our tongue has become habitual of saying 'This is my body', ' This is my house', 'This is my child', but we forget that in reality there is nothing in this world  which we can claim as ours.
He says, everything in nature is made up of five basic elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space and our body is not an exception. But the body is not the soul who We truly are.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the tongue under the mesmerising spell of 'I am this body' idea speaks the language of 'Me' and 'Mine' even though it is far from the Truth."

In thIs composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, a farmer sows a single corn in the soil to reap many more on the corn cob which sprouts from it. Just like the corn if One is brave enough to say goodbye, life rewards him with a new hello.
In another analogy he says, a soldier sacrifices his life on the battlefield, to get back not only the worldly praise but also an opportunity to ascend to the heaven.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, what we give out will always return, but in multifolds."

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, deep in the human conscious is a pervasive need for a logical universe that makes sense. But the real universe is always one step beyond logic, the way GOD is.
He says, since time immemorial man is trying frantically to comprehend GOD through the study of Scriptures and reading them aloud, but in vain, for GOD reveals Himself only to the simple and unassuming, who rears an unwavering faith that "Yes, He Is."
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, One needs to give up the sense of "I am", to seek GOD Panduranga effortlessly, for the more humble we stay, the more GOD Blesses us."

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Blessed is the mouth that utters only 'RamNam' through its tongue of thought, for it imparts His Grace on the hearers.
He says, but for His praise whatever else we speak is a poison.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, beware of the two most powerful words, 'I AM', for it is better to be aware of a cruel truth than remaining absorbed in the delusion which is short lived."

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, GOD can restore what is broken and change it into something amazing just like His Grace makes an extraordinary dream of an ordinary man come true, the Self Realisation. He says, a cow becoming friendly with a tiger seems to be impossible even in wildest of dreams, but when GOD steps in, miracles happen.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the realisation of his True Self dawns, when One sees and adores the presence of GOD all the time, all around him, to become One with Him.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, ponder over GOD, the underlying consciousness in existence, for the Knower of this Truth becomes an Exemplar for the countless, on their Self Quest."

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, if it is true that the beacon of the Name Worship of GOD Vithoba enlightens, no matter what wrongdoings One did in his past lives, then surely there is no doubt that the righteous is a step ahead.
He says, what we have at the most is 'now', for nobody knows what the future holds.
He says, GOD Realisation is about what conscious effort we do in this rare human birth to seek Him, rather than staying idle and passing the buck to the baggage of our Prarabdha Karma with which we are born.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, though our Prarabdha Karma needs to be lived to be exhausted, it is entirely in our hands what Prarabdha Karma we will have in our future births. And hence he earnestly urges to do as much good as possible, for nothing goes in vain."

Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, GOD sustains his true devotee who casts all his burden upon Him and remains absorbed in His Name Worship. Wherever the devotee goes, GOD never leaves his side, for GOD walks beside him on the good days and carries him on the bad days.
He says, GOD sweeps away the loose stones on the path of his true devotee by the yellow cloth he wears. In other words, no matter how rough things turn out to be, GOD is with him every step of the way.
And therefore it perplexes Sant Tukaram Maharaj of what makes man to seek frivolous material pursuits than seeking the everlasting joy of the Name Worship of GOD.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj urges, not to waste even a moment of this rare human birth without contemplating GOD RAM, for His Grace made even the stones float in water."

He says, the Name Worship of GOD is but the ray of hope for his soul, tired of  the  endless cycle of deaths and rebirths to exhaust his Karmic debt.
Elucidating the unparalleled happiness that emanates from the Name Worship of GOD , Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the Formless GOD became Manifest only to enjoy the Supreme Joy His Name Worship brings."

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, life is not lost by dying, but with each passing moment while we are alive, in countless uncaring ways of ignoring the true purpose of this rare human birth, the Self Quest. And therefore he says, lament not for the dead, for you may be the next.
He says, day after day countless people die. Yet the living wish to live forever, for they live life headless of this certainty, unmindful of the stark reality that it is temporal and our stay here is just for few numbered days.
He says, think about it, look at it, for your death is born with you, you cannot escape it just like so many you knew couldn't.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, its not that your black hair have turned white suddenly, for lot of water has gone under the bridge. He says, the husk or dry outer covering is an integral part of a nut. In other words the very Essence of this rare human birth is veiled by the ignorance of "I am the body" idea,  A Truly Wise however peels the husk for the sublime kernel to  reveal in its True Magnificence.
In another analogy he says, no sane man will mix the butter churned out from the butter milk into it again.

He says, here 'married' suggests worldly attachments, "out of wedlock' suggests abandonment of pursuit of material comforts. In other words the road to True Happiness unfolds only when One crosses the threshold of worldly attachments through Renunciation.
He says, a woman becomes worriless when she takes medication to prevent pregnancy. Here "medication" suggests Wisdom of Self Realisation and "prevent pregnancy" suggests halting the endless cycle of deaths and rebirths. In other words, the repeated sufferings cease when Wisdom of Self Realisation dawns on the Rare Soul who dares to transcend the "I am the body" idea."

Just like she, in her tryst doesn't care about what people will say or about the dishonour her behaviour will bring and has no fear and worry, Sant Tukaram Maharaj in his Self Quest remains absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD and let GOD worry.
