आले फळ तेव्हां राहिले पिकोन I

जरि ते जतन होय देठी II

नामेचि सिद्धी नामेचि सिद्धी I

व्यभिचार बुद्धी न पवतां II

चालिला पंथ तो पावविल ठाया I

जरि आड तया न ये कांही II

तुका म्हणे मध्ये पडती आघात I

तेणे होय घात हानि लाभा II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, 'Hari Naam' constantly in the tongue of thought alone grants GOD Realisation, provided it is done living in the world but not of the world. Illustrating this with beautiful analogy he says, fruits do not grow ripe with their stems cut.

He says, the journey within is full of challenges and obstacles, but GOD Realisations remains no myth for the One who walks it steadfastly."
