"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, One needs to hold dearly within the faith that "Yes, GOD Exists", for it is a capital we must protect, by not allowing it to be eroded in the avalanche of sense gratification, which is inevitable in our worldly living. He says, all things in the world around that pass through our sense doors are like rogues and thieves who sneak in, catching us unawares, with the intent to make us believe in "I am the body" idea, That Which Is Not.
He says, just like return depends on the capital invested, GOD Realisation is attained only when One stands on the strong foundation of faith that " Yes, only GOD is the Truth."
Sant Tukaram Maharaj implores to be cautious of pretenders of devotion whose actions don't match their words."
