The three subtle components Satva, Raja, Tama are the very fabric of creation.
The ethos of the world we live in is the state of equipose of Satva or Purity and knowledge, Raja or Activity and passion and Tama or ignorance and inertia. The Satva component appears yellow, Raja component appears Red while black represents Tama component. Everything in the illusionary world consists of these three qualities. Their intensity may vary from person to person. Rising above these three traits of human personality One is liberated and hence attains Enlightenment.
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj has given a beautiful analogy of Collyrium, an eyewash which helps the seeker to see the absolute truth is its true essence.
A Collyrium of Eternal Wisdom is like an eye opener to make this rarest of rare human birth fruitful.
The Collyrium of wisdom unveils the curtain of ignorance and aberration which blocks the vision of seeker to Self Realisation. The seeker thus transcends beyond conceptions of duality and non duality. Being relieved from the bondage of all kinds of prejudices, be it spacial or era oriented or object oriented, the journey of Self Realisation slowly unfolds. The seeker of Supreme Self experiences Oneness with all pervading Supreme Consciousness. The Self thus becomes One with Supreme Self. "
