प्राणिया एक बीजमंत्र उच्चारी I

प्रतिदिनी रामकृष्ण म्हणतां का मुरारी II

हेचि साधन रे तुझे सर्व सिद्धींचे I

नाम उच्चारी रे गोपाळाचे वाचे II

उपास पारणे न लगे वन सेवन I

न लगे धूम्रपान पंचाग्नीतापन II

फुकाचे सुखाचे काही न वेचे भांडार I

कोटी यज्ञांपरिस तुका म्हणे हे सारं II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, waste not a moment of this rare human birth without saying "RamKrishnaHari",for the Audible Seed "Hari Naam" alone makes the fruition of all endeavors come true.

He says, the Name Worship of GOD is above all vows or forest dwellings or subjecting oneself to self torture through "Panchagni Sadhana"where One subjects himself to the penance of enduring heat of five fires, the four fires lit in ritual pits around him with the fifth being the scorching sun above.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the countless rituals done in front of sacred fire do not come to the merit of "Hari Naam", the Treasure of Supreme Bliss, which is easy to recite and is available free of cost."
