तुझे नाम मुखी न घेता आवडी I

जिव्हा तेचि घडी झडो माझी II

हेचि मज देई हेचि मज देई I

आणिक दुजे कांही न मागे तुज II

बहिर कान तुझी कीर्ती नाईकतां I

पाय न देखतां जावो डोळे II

मना तुझे ध्यान नाही नित्य काळ I

धिग ते चांडाळ जळो जळो II

हातपाय तेणे पंथे न चालतां I

जावोत अनंता गळोनियां II

तुजविण जिणे मज नाही चाड I

तुका म्हणे गोड नाम तुझे II

"O'Lord says Sant Tukaram Maharaj in this composition, let tongue-less I become if it doesn't say Your Name. Let me become deaf if my ears do not hear Your Glory. Let me go blind if my eyes do not behold You. What is the use of my arms and legs if they do not seek You.

He says, the mind that doesn't meditate Your Name is the most condemned.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, there is nothing more loved than Your Name Worship and life without You is no less than a void."
