अनुतापयुक्त गेलिया अभिमान I

विसरूं वचन मागीलांचे II

त्याचे पाय माझे लागोत कपाळी I

भोंगे उष्टावळी अन्य काळ II

षड् उर्मी जिंही हाणीतल्या लाता I

शरण त्या संतां आल्या वेगीं II

तुका म्हणे जाती वोळे लवकरी I

ठायींचि अंतरे शुद्ध होती II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, there is no greater blessing than adorning the forehead with the dust of he, who paying the heed to the countless Wise since time immemorial, practices the True Renunciation, living in the world but not of the world.

He says, smear your forehead with the dust of he who has surrendered to Sant and has cast off lust and egotism inculcating tolerance for the onslaught of pleasant and unpleasant experiences, for he is truly the most eligible for Spiritual Liberation or GOD Realisation."
