खरे ना नवट निक्षेपिंचे जुने I

काढिले ठेवणे समर्थाचे II

मजुराच्या हातें मापाचा उकल I

मी तो येथे फोल सत्ता त्याची II

कुलालाच्या हातें घटाची उत्पत्ती I

पाठवी त्या जाती पाकस्थळा II

तुका म्हणे जीवन हे नारायणी I

प्रभा ते कोणी प्रकाशाची II

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, a pot maker shapes a clay into a pot, but it reaches its destination by the will of the One who buys the pot from the pot maker.

The rays of sun carry the brilliance of sunshine with them, but in the end it is the sunshine that drives away the darkness, the rays of sun remain mere instrumental.

He says, rituals are but the means to reach GOD, yet often One gives undue importance to the rituals and forgets the purpose for which they are performed, the GOD Realisation,

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, we are all but the carriers of His Will. GOD has a reason for allowing things to happen. We may not understand His Wisdom, but we simply have to trust His Will."
