"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the Name Worship of GOD Narayan done with good heart is the only way not to get stuck in the morass of repeated sufferings.

He says, just like good quality seeds reap bumper harvest, GOD Realisation remains no dream if the longing is true and earnest.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, just like salt loses its 'Otherness' when mixed with water, One must get absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD Narayan to become One with Him."
