काय सुख आहे वाऊगे बोलतां I

ध्यातां पंढरीनाथा कष्ट नाही II

सर्व काळ वाचे उच्चरितां हरि I

तया सुखा सरी पाड नाही II

रामकृष्णरंगी रसना रंगली I

अमृत उकळी नाम तुझे II

तुका म्हणे धन्य तयाचे वदन I

जया नारायण ध्यानीमनी II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the futile talk enervates but not the Name Worship of GOD, for a loud mind is greater than a loud mouth.

He says, the Name of GOD ever in the tongue of thought bestows the happiness unparalleled.

He, says, when  nothing but the Name of GOD is upon the tongue, it is like,the Divine Nectar raring to spill from within into the folds of mind.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Truly Blessed is the One who remains choicelessly aware of GOD Narayan all the time."
