एवढा प्रभू भावे I

तेणे संपुष्टी राहावे II

होय भक्ती केला तैसा I

पुरवी धरावी ते इच्छा II

एवढा जगदानी I

मागे तुळसीदळ पाणी II

आला नांवा रुपा I

तुका म्हणे झाला सोपा II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, it is the intense longing of the devotee that makes the Mighty GOD dwell in the confines of heart and He becomes what his devotee sees Him as, fulfilling his wishes.

He says, the All Powerful Giver of Life wants but a basil leaf and water from his devotee.

Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, assuming the Name and Form, the Unmanifest became reachable."
