समचरणदृष्टि विटेवरी साजिरी I

तेथे माझी हरी वृत्ती राहो II

आणीक नलगे मायिक पदार्थ I

तेथे माझे आर्त नको देवा II

ब्रह्मदिक पदे दुःखाची शिराणी I

तेथे चित्त झणी जडो देसी II

तुका म्हणे त्याचे कळले आम्हां वर्म I

जे जे कर्मधर्म नाशिवंत II

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, let all propensities of my mind remain glued at the joined feet of GOD Hari standing arms akimbo on a brick, for like His joined Feet, His Grace is showered on all equally without distinction.

O'GOD, he says, let my only desire be You, else the mind is bound to play tricks to keep me distracted and ignorant.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, what we experience as our world and what we consider to be our existence are real in the limited sense and limited perspective."
