मै भूली घरजानी बाट I

गोरस बेचन आये हाट II

कान्हा रे मनमोहन लाल I

सबही बिसरुं देखे गोपाळ II

कहां पग डारुं देख आनेरा I

देखे तो सब वोहीने घेरा II

हुं तो थकित भैरे तुका I

भागा रे सब मनका धोका II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj, a cowherd girl says, having forgotten my true path, I have mistakenly come to the market place of this worldly existence to sell my mind butter. 

She says, You have enamoured me O' Lord Krishna so much that I have forgotten where I stand, for all around I feel, its only You.

I see You here, there, and everywhere, within this, that, and everything, no matter where I go.

She says, fear is always of something, but when nothing remained but You, My GOD, the fear left me for good."
