"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says,  abode of virtues is the body of the One who remains absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD, sleeping or awake, sitting or standing, or while eating, ever at his post within.
He says, but for the constant companionship of His Name, the soul wanders blindfold in ignorance and knows not the way out.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the melody of the Name Worship of GOD Govinda is ever rich in its fullness."
