ज्वरल्यासी काढा औषध पाचन I
मूढा नारायण स्मरवितो II
भवव्याधी येणे तुटेल रोकडा I
करुनिया झाडा निश्चयेसी II
आणिकां उपाया अनुपान कठीण I
भोंगे बरे सीण शीघ्रवत II
तुका म्हणे केला उघडा पसारा I
भाग्य आले घरा दारावरी II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj shares his experience of GOD Realisation through His Name Worship and wants every one to follow the suit.
He says, except the Name Worship of GOD, all other means to seek GOD Realisation need rigid adherence to discipline and austerity, which if not followed, may infict suffering than alleviating it. And therefore he suggests, no matter what may be the cause of the sufferings, the mindful remembrance of GOD Name "Narayan" is the True Panacea, for it wipes the Karmic Debris accumulating since time immemorial.
