जपाचे निमित्त झोपेचा पसरू I
देहाचा विसरू पाहुनिया II
ऐसे ते भजन अमंगळवाणी I
सोंग संपादणी बहुरुप्याची II
सेवेसी विकले देहाचिया आसे I
तया कोठे असे उरला देव II
तुका म्हणे मान दंभ जया चित्ती I
तयाची फजिती करुं आम्ही II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, though the freedom from "I am this body" idea is paramount for the journey of Self Realisation,  undesirable is losing the body awareness when One falls asleep while chanting the Name of GOD, for calling it a worship is no less than tricking with a disguise.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj condemns the pretender who claims the virtue, but lacks it the most."
