In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj  considers the  fondness with which he remains absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD as a True Blessing.
Since Prarabdha, or what happens in One's present birth is the effect of his deeds in past lives, Sant Tukaram Maharaj feels contentment from within when he sees his Prarabdha unfolding in the Name Worship of GOD, for this great fortune must be the culmination of accumulation of virtues in his past lives. He says, the greatest of ills is the endless sufferings of deaths and rebirths, for he who holds the Name of GOD dearly wields the panacea of all ills.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Blessed is the One who devours the heavenly food of GOD Name in the company of a Spiritually Wise and thus lives in perpetual peace and ecstasy.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, despite having practiced the Name Worship of GOD ceaselessly, he feels no  fulfilment from within. It is just like feeling of empty stomach despite having eaten to the full capacity.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, he remains immersed in the Name Worship of GOD, for it bathes him in the ocean of Divine Bliss."
