ज्याची जया आस I
तया जवळी त्याचा वास II
येर जवळी ते दूरी I
वत्स सांडी धेनू घरी II
गोडी प्रियापांशी I
सुख उपजे येरासी II

घड़े तया ठायीं मोल II

"Affection is a longing to include someone as a part of yourself. It is a possibility to become more than what you are. One feels closeness with the One he desires most.
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj has elucidated this thought. He says, just like a young calf is dear to the mother cow, but she equally detests the company of her grown up child, the physical proximity makes no sense if there is no calling of heart from deep within.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, if One becomes a language of affection then it creates Bliss, for faith makes all things possible and love makes all things easy.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, One who loves GOD finds his object of love everywhere. He says, GOD listens, understands and knows the hopes and fears we keep in our heart, for when we trust in His love, miracles happen."
