Devotion of Supreme Lord Shri Hari is in a way seeking path of Self Realisation. This path leads One to become One with Supreme Consciousness. Attaining this exalted blissful state, the Enlightened Soul senses things through Divine Eye of Wisdom. A sense of universality is experienced as if he gets an eye celestial. Awakens in him a vast canvas of knowledge and intuition and hence he becomes the knower of all details of Creation. He becomes One with Supreme Lord Shri Hari and hence One with the universal knowledge and life.
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says that Rising Sun swallows the darkness of night. It's grandeur is simply unmatched against petty lights having earthly limitations. Sant Tukaram Maharaj has given analogy elucidating that Sun, like Supreme Lord is all enveloping the world entire and hence to bank upon the highest, awards One utmost comfort.
In the moment of illumination when One becomes conscious of Divine presence, he sees the light of God's countenance. What flashes thereafter is the cosmic or universal understanding. He has thus developed a cosmic sense.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj implores again and again to seek the devotion of Supreme Lord Shri Hari, as it is the only way One becomes free of unending cycles of death and rebirths. "
