Beware of chasing frivolous material pursuits he says, for in the end it is all an illusion.

He says, if the mind is disturbed, the Sandalwood which otherwise provides cooling effect scalds.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, all the endeavors that offer comforts torment the restless mind."
