पूर आला आनंदाचा I
लाटा उसळती प्रेमाच्या II
बांधू विठ्ठल सांगडी I
पोहूनि जाऊं पैल थडी II
अवघे जन गडी I
घाला उडी भाईनो II
हे तो नाहो सर्वकाळ I
अमुप आनंदाचे जळ II
तुका म्हणे थोरा पुण्ये I
ओघ आला पंथे येणे II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, waves of loving devotion for GOD toss themselves in the outpouring of happiness emanated by His Name Worship.
He says, the ocean of worldly appearance stands crossed when One remains absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD. In other words only GOD Name Vitthal can take us across the ocean of repeated sufferings to the "Other Shore" of Everlasting  Supreme Bliss.
He says, all animals have intelligence but the sense of discrimination makes man different. And therefore he says, waste not the moments of this rare human birth, for only here One can consciously pursue the Name Worship of GOD for his journey of GOD Realisation
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the longing for devotion in the present birth goes back countless lifetimes and therefore do the Name Worship of GOD as much as possible, for the Momentum builds Success."
