Certain attributes are inherently deep seated in the constitution of a being. Illustrating this with beautiful analogies, Sant Tukaram Maharaj says,
The fragrance emanated by a sandalwood tree wafts it's glory through the entire neighborhood. This is because the innate qualities never remain inhibited for long and have tendency to display openly.
In another analogy he says that Sun neither awakens One from sleep nor orders it's rays to rouse people from sleep. The rising Sun has a natural disposition to glow with eternal glory.
When dark clouds gather on the horizon and splendid peacock dances under the grey skies, then it is sheerly due to the mental makeup of the peacocks to do so. These are their immanent gestures which manifest genuinely when there are overcast skies and rains.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says that the inherent disposition possesses a peculiarity of its own and remains changeless forever. "
