दुग्ध म्हणे नारायण II

ऐशी ज्ञानाची डोंबडे I

आशा विटंबिली मुढे II

उपदेश तो जगा I

आपण सोंवळा इतका मांगा II

रसना शिश्र्नाचे अंकित I

तुका म्हणे वरदळ स्फीत II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says,   the feigned wise who keeps superior things for himself and gives inferior things to his disciples is like an outcast, for he disgraces himself by being the slave of desires. 

He says, the One who remains untouched by his talk of GOD Realisation is like an outcast who lives ostracised from society.

He says, such a slave of bodily cravings lives only for the pursuit of name and fame."
