भांडावे तों हित I

ठायी पडतें उचित II

नये खंडो देऊं वाद I

आम्हां भांडवल भेद II

शब्दासरसे भेटी I

नये पडो देऊं तुटी II

तुका म्हणे आळस I

तोचि कारणांचा नाश II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, quarrel with GOD should never cease, for those fight, love more and Love is GOD.

He says, the illusory duality between GOD and us is must for this quarrel to go on and we bank on it as our true capital.

He says, just like word is never devoid of meaning, no matter how the words sound, it is the connection between us and GOD that must never cease, for that is our only way to save us from the slavery of repeated sufferings."
