नेणे गति काय कवण अधोगति I

मानिली निश्चिंती तुझ्या पायीं II

कर्म धर्म कोण नेणे हा उपाव I

तुझ्या पायी भाव ठेवियेला II

नेणे निरसुं पाप पुण्य नेणें काय I

म्हणऊनि पाय धरिले तुझे II

वेडा मी अविचारी न कळे विचार I

तुज माझा भार पांडुरंगा II

तुका म्हणे तुज करितां नव्हे काय I

माझा तो उपाय कवण तेथे II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj elucidates how he entrusts himself upon Lord Panduranga.through His Name Worship.

He says, I meditate Your Feet O'Lord  instead of delving into what uplifts or what may cause my downfall, 

He says, I meditate Your Feet O'Lord, instead of giving thought about what I should do or what principles I must adhere to or how I should absolve myself of the sins already committed, 

He says, I meditate Your Feet O'Lord, because I do not understand what can be called as a noblest of virtue.

He says, I have entrusted myself entirely upon You O'Lord because the veil of ignorance doesn't let me comprehend Your Realisation.

Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, save me O'Lord Pandurang from getting drowned in the abyss of ignorance, for if You decide to do it, nothing is impossible."
