जप तप ध्यान न लगे धारणा I

विठ्ठल कीर्तनामाजी उभा II

राहे माझ्या मना दृढ या वचनी I

आणिक ते मनी न धरावे II

कीर्तनी समाधी साधन ते मुद्रा I

रहातील थारा धरोनियां II

तुका म्हणे मुक्ती हरिदासांच्या घरी I

वोळंगती चारी ऋद्धीसिद्धी II

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, alone the Name Worship of GOD Vithoba achieves that which cannot be earned by myriad of other means, His Realisation, for GOD manifests Himself as ' Hari Naam.'

O'My Mind, he says, let you ever remain engaged in 'Hari Naam' and not let anything else sway you away from His Name Worship.

He says, One absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD needs no external expression of his inner resolve, for not only at his beck and call are the eight mysteriously magical Divine powers but the True Liberation itself follows his footsteps."
