आणिक दुसरे मज नाही आतां I

नेमिले या चित्ता पासूनियां II

पांडुरंग ध्यानी पांडुरंग मनी I

जागृती स्वप्नी पांडुरंग II

पडिले वळण इंद्रियां सकळां I

भाव तो निराळा नाही कोणा II

तुका म्हणे नेत्री केली ओळखणं I

तटस्थ ते ध्यान विटेवरी II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj elucidates a rousing of the mind to the contemplation of GOD. He says, awake, I contemplate GOD Panduranga and when asleep He is in my dreams. All my senses have become habitual of seeking Him, for in His contemplation the eyes see and yet do not see, the ears hear, and yet do not hear, the tongue speaks, and yet does not speak.

He says,  I behold the Divine grandeur of GOD Paduranga hands akimbo standing on a brick with the two gifts I open every morning, for they are my eyes."
