"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj finds it baffling and very puzzling when he sees people accepting the ignorance by choice, for its not that they are not aware of their predicament, but they lack the courage to do the needful 'Here and Now' in this fleeting and rare human birth before it is too late.
Illustrating with beautiful analogy he says, just like a Fish lured by the bait at the end of fishing rod is unaware of the ambush by the hook, man gets trapped in the web of desires woven by himself.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the rare human birth bestowed upon us is an opportunity to rebel against the wrong or ignorance. Though Karma or Action is inevitable, it is also true that our every thought and action shape our future experiences. And therefore he says, instead of fatalism or grieving over inevitability, let's sow the Truth to reap the Wisdom, for man's self effort and the Grace of GOD go hand in hand."
