अधिकार तैसा दावियेला मार्ग I

चालतां हे मग कळों येते II

जाळुं नये नाव पावलेनि पार I

मागील आधार बहुतांचा II

तुका म्हणे रोग वैद्याचे अंगी I

नाही करी जगी उपकार II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the ways may differ according to what One is capable of, for what he will sow, so shall he reap.

He says, One must not set fire to the boat  with which he crosses the river thus denying others the opportunity to follow suit.

He says, the healer keeps a wide array of remedies at his disposal though he needs none for himself."
