मुके होतां काय पदरीचे जाते I

मूर्ख ते भोगिते मी मीपण II

आपुलीये घरी मैद होऊनि बैसे I

कवणासी ऐसे बोलो नको II

तुका म्हणे तुम्हां सांगतो मी खूण I

देवासी ते ध्यान लावूनि बैसा II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, it is better to remain silent than talking about 'Me' and ' Mine' all the time.

He says, One needs to go nowhere but look within, for riveting the attention to the Name Worship of GOD is a sure way to avoid talking about 'Me' and 'Mine', the root cause of all sufferings."
