शक्ती द्याव्या देवा I
नाही पार्थिवाची सेवा II
मुख्य आहे ऐसा धर्म I
जाणते हो जाणा मर्म II
मना पोटी देव I
जाणे जैसा तैसा भाव II
तुका म्हणे सोसे I
लागे लाविल्याचे पिसे II

"The mind chases the thought that continually preoccupies it."
"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj asks GOD to bestow upon Him the longing for His Realisation which will steer him away from the enticing worldly attachments of Me and Mine.
He says, the journey of GOD Realisation will not begin unless One makes a genuine, firm and steady effort to become free from "I am this body" idea.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, if we deploy our mind in GOD, our mind will become of GOD."
