सुखे खावे अन्न I
त्याचे करावे चिंतन II
त्याचे दिले त्यासी I
पावे फळ आपणासी II
आहे हा आधार I
नाम त्याचे विश्वंभर II
नाही रिता ठाव I
तुका म्हणे पसरी भाव II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, when every morsel of food is accompanied by the Name Worship of GOD, it reaches Him, for food is GOD's Love made edible.
He says, it is GOD's Grace that our food was ready even before we made our entry into this world.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, there is no place in the universe devoid of GOD. One sees countless opportunities to worship Him, feeling His presence everywhere and in all beings, who sees this universe as a temple of GOD."
