"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, let his tongue be tethered to the post of GOD Name Vitthal, for it is the only way to curb the otherwise  rampant "I am this body" idea.
O'GOD, he says, don't let my mind go astray, chasing the frivolous material pursuits, for the aimless wandering is bereft of destination.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Truly Blessed are those who make sense of their senses in their rare human birth."
