"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Prarabdha Karma is but a part of the accumulation of good and bad deeds which stands to man's credit from all his past lives. One has to live it to exhaust it, for no matter how bitter or sweet, none can avoid reaping the harvest already sown.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, though we are all children of GOD, each one of us have our own destiny or Prarabdha Karma which makes us different from one another just like pots made by a potmaker, for all come out of a firing pit, but one is used for cooking and other is used to throw away the faeces.
In another analogy he says, Diamonds and stones are both found in a quarry, but One is priceless and other is price less.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, we cannot change the Prarabdha with which we are born, but shaping it in our future lives is very much in our hands by making a conscious effort to remain absorbed in the Name Worship of GOD, for it is the only way to transcend the body bound 'I-ness' and hence escape the otherwise invincible Karmic Cycle."
