"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj talks about Nivrutti, the Detaching or Abstaining from the worldly matters, for it is renouncing the "Me and Mine" frame of mind, living amidst worldly life.
Not I am this body and not mine are the worldly relations says he, for the True Renunciation is giving up of "I am the doer" mindset.
Having realised the Truth propounded by Wise since time immortal, Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Supreme Bliss is He from whom emanates, and into whom merges all that unfolds in the universe.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, nothing in this world belongs to us, for we came into the world with nothing, and will leave with nothing. GOD Realisation is transcending the duality of "Me and Mine", a difficult but not impossible endeavor in this very rare human birth, the gateway to Liberation."
