"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, 'Chit' means to perceive or to be conscious or to be aware and 'Chitta' is the subconscious mind, the reservoir of all impressions or seat of feeling, thinking and willing. He says, if whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality, then it is no wonder that the subconscious mind sublimated by Self-less actions and unmotivated and unimpeded devotion to GOD knows what is good for it, for it is on the right path on the journey of Self Realisation.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, faith is like gold tested in fire. Just like a gold put in fire comes out as more pure, the genuineness of faith put into practice needs no trumpets.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, a conscious effort to have thoughts and impressions conducive to our Self Quest will not go in vain, for what we will sow, so shall we reap."
