In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, His glory surely shines within If One cleanses the mirror of his mind with the sweet remembrance of GOD Name Hari, for the constant meditation of Name is nothing but constant companionship with the Named.
He says, despite having spent countless of his lifetimes for only the Name Worship of GOD, he doesn't wish to do anything else but to pursue his Self Quest in every birth. Being truly enamoured of GOD Name Hari, he doesn't feel contented even if he repeats it again and again.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the GOD Name Hari is the Elixir of life and is a panacea of all the ills of the world , for It lulls both the body and mind to a quiet repose.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, not everything that is delicious is healthy, but GOD Name Vitthal is both, for Truly Blessed is the rare soul out of myriads who tastes the heavenly ambrosia of GOD Name incessantly.."
