"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the True Renunciation is conscious abandoning of the false ego sense which springs from "I am the body" idea. All the dissatisfaction about life is due to "I-ness" or from "What I want", for mind remains in constant flux with the  endless desires.
He says, if One accepts life without complaints and is happy in the state he is with whatever he has or do not have, then he becomes recipient of the Supreme Bliss of the contentment from within.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, One must consciously refrain from identifying  his awareness with name and form, for this false sense of duality is the root cause of all sufferings.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, One must aspire a Pure Heart and the Contented Mind, for Pure Heart begets Pure Thoughts."
