खेळों मनासवे जीवाच्या संवादे I
कौतुके विनोदे निरंजनी II
पची पडिले ते रुचे वेळोवेळां I
होतसे डोहळा आवडीसी II
एकांताचे सुख जडले जिव्हारी I
 वीट परिचारी वरा आला II
जगा ऐसी बुद्धी नव्हे आतां कदा I
लंपट गोविंदा जालो पायी II
आणीक ते चिंता न लगे करावी I
नित्य नित्य नवी आवडी हे II
तुका म्हणे धडा राहिला पडोन I
पांडुरंगी मन विसांवले II

In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj talks about solitude and contemplative silence, for solitude is a sacred place of silence where GOD has access to our inner being and soul. He says, meditating in solitude being the  dialogue with the Self is not mere thinking of GOD, but being in the presence of the Divine.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the contemplative silence he enjoys, that evokes within him a sense of wonder, of awe, of mystery, of belonging is just like the One who is tempted to savour again and again the tasty food he relishes the most.
He says, having been enamoured by the devotion of GOD Govinda, he has become free from the otherwise irresistible temptation of the mundane existence. He says, his affinity to GOD being growing by leaps and bounds, he prays and let GOD worry.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says,  his mind resting in GOD Pandurang is the culmination of his contemplative prayer becoming his way of life. "
