"You are everything and no thing."
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj talks about GOD, the Supreme Being, who is beyond description, for the seeker can experience Him only when he is in union with the Divine. He says, the all encompassing and all pervading GOD is subtler than subtlest.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, even the Vedic Scriptures Shruti failed in an attempt to realise the True Reality behind perceived reality and hence described GOD as "Neti Neti" or "Not This, Not This".
Illustrating the majesty and splendour of the Supreme Being, Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, GOD in whom lie the infinite universes indwells a tiny bug in the belly of a fig fruit, for of the many fig fruits of a fig tree, to know of the number of bugs inside them is truly beyond comprehension, as is GOD. He says, in the Great Epic Mahabharat, to appease Arjun who faced the moral dilemma, GOD Narayan revealed Himself holding all creatures of the universe as part of Him, for He is Himself without beginning or an end. The cosmic display of Gods and Goddesses, good and bad as perceived by us are all born from Him and merge back into Him.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj earnestly implores us to seek the company of the Spiritually Wise on our journey of Self Realisation. In other words, the journey of Becoming One begins when One is in the company of Self Realised Soul "
