तुका राम बहुत मिठा रे I
भर राखुं शरीर I
तनकी करूं नावरी I
उतारुं पैल तीर II
संत पन्हैया ले खडा I
राहूं ठाकूरद्वार I
चलत पाछे हुं फिरो I
रज उडत लेऊं सीर II
तुका प्रभू बडो न मनूं न मानूं बडो I
जिसपास बहु दाम I
बलिहारी उस मुखकी I
जिसते निखते राम II

"In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, the body of the One who remains absorbed in the Holy Ram Nam, the ambrosial nectar, can weather any storm and transcend the ocean of endless cycle of deaths and rebirths, the true purpose of this rare human birth.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, Blessed is the place where a Saint treads upon, for in the dust of his feet is the virtue of all pilgrimages. He prays for the gift of this dust, for nothing else he wants from GOD. He wishes to seek GOD by adorning his forehead with the dust of Saint's feet and will follow their footprints wherever they go, for this dust is an elixir that grants salvation, a Supreme Bliss both here and hereafter.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, more than a King or wealthy, he will honour the One who speaks nothing but only Holy Ram Nam ceaselessly."
