आवडी येते गुणे I
कळो चिन्हे उमटती II
पोटींचे ओठी उभे राहे I
चित्त साहे मनासी II
डोहोळीयाची भूक गर्भा I
ताटी प्रभा प्रतिबिंबे II
तुका म्हणे मागोंन घ्यावे I
मना खावे वाटे ते II

"For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, just like the beauty cannot be seen or even touched, but must be felt with the heart, a mother instinctively knows what her unborn baby craves to eat.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, just like One cannot resist the temptation of tasting again and again the food he relishes most, the Name Worship of GOD happens unknowingly and spontaneously to the devotee absorbed in His worship from deep within, for Truth always has its own ways to reveal itself."
