तुका म्हणे हे भाविकांचे वर्म I
यरीे धर्माधर्म विचारावे II
The Supreme Essence must be sought with essence from within. The notion of Divine bestows Divinity in an object. It's all up in our head how we look at things. In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj has explicated it's meaning. He says,
The image of God is made of stone so is the pavement on which One stands while worshipping Him. What matters most is the notion of God One assumes in the image of worship that induces divinity in it. It is this notion of Supreme Essence that is paramount of all which leads One on the journey of Self Realisation. The stone image of Lord Supreme appears to be lively when One seeks Him with piousness from within. God resides in His faith. This faith ingrains His presence in the object of worship thus awarding it Divinity. The Enlightened Souls become One with the Divine when they worship this image of God, with utmost devotion.
Illustrating with another analogy Sant Tukaram Maharaj says that be it waters of Holy Ganga or of any other river, there is no difference as such. But it is the perspective of looking at Ganga being of mythological importance that illuminates it's holiness in our minds. The faith so induced then makes the ordinary waters of Ganga sacred to us.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says that it is the mindset of the seeker that differentiates between the right and wrong and hence decides the reflections of Divinity reciprocated back to him "
