काही न मागती देवा I
त्यांची करू धावे सेवा II
हळूहळू फ़ेडी ऋण I
होऊनिया रूपे दींन II
होऊ न सके वेगळा I
क्षण एक त्या निराळा II
तुका म्हणे भक्तिभाव I
तोचि देवाचाही देव II

"It is said that "Not to seek anything from GOD is a beginning of devotion and seeking GOD from GOD is a paramount stage of devotion. GOD gives His realisation to His True Devotee."
In this composition Sant Tukaram Maharaj  talks about Divine Love which is unconditional. He says, GOD responds to all and loves all. He fulfills a sincere desire of his True Devotee. Seldom do people realise how often GOD heeds their prayers. He is not partial to a few, but listens to everyone who calls Him trustingly. The only thing One needs, is to have an implicit faith in the loving kindness of GOD.
Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, to a Sincere Devotee, GOD reveals Himself as he desires. A True Devotee never seeks anything from GOD, but believes that GOD is all knowing and nothing is hidden from Him. He says, if One does not seek anything from GOD and only seek GOD from GOD, such a True Devotee then becomes dearer to GOD.
Summing up Sant Tukaram Maharaj says, a reasonless pure devotion elevates a True Devotee to become GOD of GOD, for GOD will become more in us when we become less in ourselves."
